She likes to zap them random places for fun, the sky isn't a limit with her. I imagine Delulah to be a very infuriating person. She doesn't really give a shit about what people think of her and insults/tough talk don't really sway her much. But she also is hard to reason with sometimes, like if the fate of the world was at stake? Why would she give a shit? She can literally teleport to wherever/whenever she wants.

Then Leo or some shit will probably start talking about all the children of the world and all the good people or whatever and she'd very begrudgingly help...if she gets something in return. To which a random deal is struck and Delulah fucks shit up.

She's okay sometimes, most of the time she's playing with random shit as you're trying to have a conversation with her. It definitely pisses off Donnie.

"Can you pay attention for five seconds!?"

"Why would I? You're a bore."

Side fact: I love the idea that even though the turtles/everyone has a dimensional counterpart, that Delulah Levue is one of a kind! There is no other universe where another her exists! Which fucks Donnie's mind up because how can she travel back in time and not find a younger version of herself!? She herself doesn't really know either, she just kinda shrugs and grins. Little shit.
