I've found that fanart of this character's scarce, which saddens me a little since he's so damn adorable. It's a shame that the Police Force in this series gets little to no recognition. I'd gotten the 64th Japanese volume about two weeks ago, so I ended up sketching this around then and finally finishing it last night.

I ended up using a really thick pencil, so adjusting the coloring of the scan wasn't going to work, so the facial features are really light looking, which is my only real problem with this outside of the pink, girly signature and moonrunes. There were two hearts on the right, but it got cut off. I'm not the fangirl type, but...damnit, this character...
