Earlier this winter I discovered that Bullen, my 8 year old fluffy little guy's fur had suddenly gotten severly matted and bald patches started to appear allover his body. Turned out that he had a nasty mite infestation which I quickly started to treat.

Normally he's just one huge ball of fur (hence the Swedish word "Bullen" that means "Bun" or describes something large and plumpy) and I just had to draw him while he was this tiny and almost bald! My poor little guy was adorable still Nowadays his fur has more or less grown out but since he's a free ranged indoor bunny nowadays, I prefer to keep his ball of fur under control by trimming it down on a regular basis

Let's keep our fingers crossed that this sweet old floofer will stick around for a few more years!
