This was originally supposed to be a hair experiment for Kira, but it turned into something much more. Whenever she has it styled, it's about 26 inches. When it's down, it turns into 30 inches. In other words, it's pretty long.
I also kinda got carried away with the stars and sparkles, but I love them anyway.
The halo is a bit of a bonus and last minute touch-up. It represents her kind-hearted nature and her strong will to protect her planet and those she deeply cares about.
