Description
Created an original for the sole purpose of (hopefully!) selling it.. it's on ebay here: [link] Tell your friends!This is Copic markers and Prismacolor colored pencils on hot press watercolor paper. It's 12 1/2 x 6 1/2 inches, plus a good half inch border of blank paper.
I used one of Tambako the Jaguar's awesome photos as a reference: [link] ... and realizing I tend to see color where there's not. Oh well.

That is a good thing- the gift of seeing color where others do not. That is not to say that the color is not there. Damp fur reflects a lot of color, and artists tend to pick that up while the average onlooker will see what his or her brain thinks is there. This is a beautiful drawing- a painting really. Good luck selling it on eBay!
