"Talvi is an ardent and independent chimchar who never let's her height get the best of her. No matter how big the challenge or opponent, she'll take it on. She also has a bit of a temper and will freely express her opinion on something if she has a strong desire to do so. Though it may seem she may let her temper get the better of her sometimes, she does have good judgement and reasoning and would rather analyze a situation first before making rash decisions. She is always picking on Cecil and trying to get him to become more confident, but if anyone else picks on him, she'll step in right away and beat up the jerk. She cares for Cecil, though she won't admit it.
