Description

The last few weeks I'm attending CG courses
Here is a result of the 1st homework.
Another is still in process uwu

UPD: I see people put it in folder for tutorials, even it's not a tutorial thing. But I have a tip for y'all: analyze real-life references to understand how much light material reflects, its roughness (you won't see reflected environment in rough materials), does it have caustic effect in shadow beneath it or not, etc. Also don't use references that look like a square with texture inside it, you won't learn anything cause you don't see environment and how it impacts your material. (for this reason objects on the white bg is a big nono as well)
To understand what I'm talking about, look at the references I took for study. Every picture has clear environment, there are objects on them and they're not photoshopped as hard as studio photos (that photos with white bg), so you can see reflexes, reflections, etc
Also you can use paintings of other people as well later to understand how you can interpet materials more artistically, but it's better to use it after you understood how does it work in real life
Hope it's helpful
