Beauty and sadness at one time. Shows that, no matter who we are, how tough we might be or even just want to look, we all were young once. Careless children who only want to play. It also shows that all innocence is predetermined to fade. There's so much power in this painting. It's definitely worth a fave!

I think it is an interesting concept and excellent composition; certainly worthy of the DD.Β Β However, thisΒ particular imageΒ might have been a littleΒ more dramatic if the lady representing the "destroy" aspect was significantly older and more weathered in appearance.Β ThisΒ change might inherently incorporate the additional concepts of youth/death and beginning/end.Β Β For a more controversial piece, you could just simplify theΒ composition to a singular image of a smoking pregnant woman; creating a life, yet presumably destroying her own health/life.Β Keep up the great work.
