Btw, I also found a glitch. sta.sh/01xu9phraikt

The hat is rigged to the neck (It needs to be rigged at the head bone so it won't float mid-air)
And there's some skin under his shirt and it sticks out whenever he moves D:

I really can't fix it though, but maybe you can.

For the shirt glitch :

Part 1 : fav.me/d58jkig
Part 2 : fav.me/d58jkwp

Summary : Delete skin under shirt by selecting them (they turn orange when selected) and press delete

For the hat glitch :

Summary : You select the head bone and weight it there (turns red when it's connected to head)

No worries though, I would have fixed it myself but PMXe doesn't work at all
But if you do have more questions, feel free to ask me
