Description
This started as a "Now Hiring" sign i created for my job. It was a decent image, so I decided to screw around with the message for my own amusement. I'm sure this concept isn't original, but the work is mine.At any rate, I surf around a lot of different video game sites to write news posts for my company's forum. If there's one thing that bothers me about the user comments, it's the rampant fanboy-ism. I can't decide which faction is the worst, but I will say Sony and Nintendo fanboys whine the most and the loudest. Stop being a fanboy. Enjoy video games for what they are, not what system they're on.

A tutorial for this? Well it created it like 3 years ago and I'm not sure if I still have the original file of it. I'd have to dig for it... But for the most part it was just a lot of using the smudge tool at 100% pressure to move the parts to where I wanted them to be, some color editing and a lot of painting by hand. After I got it to where I wanted, I laid a very light "painted" texture over it (either Overlay or Hard Light, I forget which) to give it a more natural look. It was all very trial and error and lots of tweaking.

Second that emotion! When something that trivial makes people creative and lets them have fun together, it's awesome. If it makes them waste time on bickering, it's pretty dumb. 
That's a quite interesting rendition of Mario, too.For some reason he reminds me of Charlie Chaplin. I like it.

As far as fanboys are concerned though, I have no problem with people enjoying and supporting their console of choice. More power to 'em. The thing that bugs me are the people that think their console choice makes them better than people who chose something different. You know, like 360 fanboys that think I'm a moron for owning a PS3. Screw those guys.
I'd be bored without my games and such too, but Microsoft, Sony and Nintendo don't need me advertising for them. They do that plenty well on their own and it's not like I'm making any money with my support for them.

Awesome. The biggest thing I encounter a lot is "Blockland vs. Roblox" crap. I play Blockland myself, but I don't go out of my way to post amazingly biased videos about each other. It's really obnoxious, especially if some of your Youtube subscribers constantly post them.

I am a HUUUUUUUUGE Ninty fan. I have a general dislike of everything Xbox related. I consider PS3 to be on the way out. But hey, I play Pikmin/2, Paper Mario and the Thousand Year Door, and Pacman. What do I know?
I will admit though, that new Halo Wars game looks interesting. And Spyro remains kick @$$.

example: GENO. those people keep saying that they should have GENO in Super Smash bros. brawl. I really don't care what they say as long as i can play the game without any complaints about it. they really need to stop with the ranting.
