This is actually re-used in Elder Signs too. It's a very unnerving image--I hate bugs and especially maggots so the thought of having them on my hands alone is uncomforting, but the rotting flesh--yeah, that ain't pretty.

Yep! It's in the game Elder Signs: Omens. It's a BITCH of a task to complete too! XD The game likes to drop it in right before Midnight (kinda like the Mythos Phase from Arkham Horror) and screw me over.
