I love the style; it remains distinctly painterly, but holds the smooth shading with textures simply done by blocks of colour rather than brush strokes, a thing common in cartoons. The undeniably exaggerated form of the building, stones and clouds also feel genuinely cartoon-like. The darker sky and light foreground also attracts a lot of attention to the top of the structure, which, looking up, is rather confronting. Awesome work!
