As a titanosaur, Saltasaurus would have had no visible digits (no digits at all actually, they walked on the metacarpals) and did not retain the thumb claw.

Oops, I forgot about that... Removed the thumb claw. The paleo-folks at the museum did not catch that either! Thanks for the note
