A meme I could do in two minutes? Of course I'll do it!Though this isn't the most updated Ame, it's close enough. Her hair's just more defined and her ears are up more. XD

Well, ok, so I sorta grew up early, and actually, since turning 18 I seemed to have grown less of the typical "mature." XD It's like, it peeked, then started going down. Or maybe I just learned not to be so serious all the time. 
Totally depends on people's interpretations of what maturity really amounts to.

ah i think i see it in the way a person carries themself. there would be something about how they look that when you see them you can tell that this person has been through some stuff and all the life experiences can be read as maturity just by looking at them [and that would be my interpretation of it lol]

I'm known to fool people. I know this is totally unrelated to maturity, but it's an example. I look like a bit of an Amazonian bitch so I've been told. D:
Well, actually, it's pretty divided. Half the people I've discussed such a thing with said they thought I was going to be one of those cold, detached, harsh chicks. The others said I look like a sad puppy...

But on that maturity topic, I know that a lot of people thought I was much older since I was around 8. I grew early, and I matured faster mentally as well, so they had thought I was already 18. >_>;
I would say your interpretation's a good one, because by that point in life I had went through a lot that would have caused such a drastic leap.
I'm not really a judgmental person, but most any of my judgment on people comes straight from their personality, which can usually be glimpsed at by how they're carrying themselves/respond to things. So... in a nutshell, to wrap up this rambling comment, I agree.

probably not a very accurate picture lol. Just in comparison, when you see side by side a before and after of someone, there's an obvious sense of maturity thats much easier to see lol. Otherwise, it would be real easy to fool someone if they're judging by the cover.
