I found this neat little icon that *BronzeHalo made so I asked if I could make myself one ^^It was fun so I might make another one or two hehe

How did u get the colors to line up? For some reason my animations don't always line up :c

For your one, I would have the colour layer duplicated for each frame then change it slightly to match the animation :] For my one, each frame moves a long so even if it didn't match up it wouldn't be that obvious xD

You could try making each frame in MS Paint and then using a website to put together all the frames into a gif?

I use Photoshop to do my icons, but you can use other programs like MSPaint and ImageReady (if anyone even has that anymore?)
