Um, no actually. According to these rules, which were written by admins, stealing art is when you upload art not made by you without permission. Who is Blizzard32 ? From what I see, I've never even talked to her. And you have nothing you can report me for. All I'm doing is warning you to follow the rules. Which by the way, here are the rules that state what I said earlier. Read up on them. Especially 94, 157, 257, and 306.
