So like... I made this dude back in April for shits n giggles because I wanted to try making a Blacorite character outside of the Diabolus gang and what better than to put the dude in the middle of a war on another planet! I ended up really liking the dude but I still don't have a set story, but I may use him in Nano this year to work on that.He's honestly still a blank slate since I've focused more on other stories, which is fine cause then I get to experiment >:I Another reason I wanna work on his story is so I can develop how other aspects of the Blacorites work this case being military. I have a feeling their military is huge and when there aren't problems on Shealvolkai (the home planet) they're shipped out to other 'friendly'-planets they're associated with to help deal with things. What I will put Dane through is yet to be said, and what 'time period' he will be in is... also yet to be said 8)
I'll upload another older pic of him as well, but there's some concepty stuff on nuclearloop.tumblr.com/tagged/... with another character he's probably gonna work with. This is why ya'll should follow my art blog 8D

Ricochet, Linda, and Harlin. They're all so different, it's like Blacorites can be anything... Size doesn't seem to matter, body shape doesn't seem to matter, color doesn't seem to matter... I mean, I see a set of certain traits (Glow, sensors, the mouth thing, etc.) that are consistent, but god damn they are so inconsistent otherwise. And that is pretty awesome to me.

Ah xD Actually Ricochet was just the first version of the Blacorite species, I now just call them the 'primates' or early evolution of what Blacos are now pff. I mean, it's the same for humans how you describe it haha. I'm glad you like them

Its fun when you start out creating a character but then you just cant figure out the back story theres just so many possibilities, staring at a blank slate empty of memories just waiting for you to fill the blanks with its life and future, it took me a year to figure out my PokΓ©monΒ oc's whole back story when I finished it I looked at the first drawing I made it wasn't that good compared to it now.

Haha I accidentally gave him a bunch of traits similar to Mart and my other dude Cristobal XD I would hope he's not Mart's brother, though, cause Mart does not like his bro in the slightest :'C

I don't create caracters everytime but when I do mostly is cause I want to do something new, right now I'm thinking on a girl character as my characters childhood friend but I'm still not there yet. :I

Yeah, I don't make characters all too often just cause it's hard to manage but sometimes you get an idea and you can't stop it haha.

Stopping an idea for a characterΒ its like stopping a Tyranitar on a rampage, its virtually impossible so start redrawing maps! XD
