Just another attempt at a special effect in Photoshop. Based off one of the FF7: AC trailers. One the characters had some fire around his hand. It was clear in the middle, and the fire was only around the outside, but it distorted everything on the inside. I still need to tweak the effect (most likely the alpha channel and what filter I use), but I know I can reproduce it.
