As for the models, only the one on the far right is from Warhammer 40k (and even then, you can't buy that particular model). The rest are from a game called Warmachine, which isn't a Warhammer ripoff.

I had some WH Orcs once. The metal ones are more fun than the plastic stuff.

Body is a Grey knight terminator...
Left arm is a Chaos Terminator Aspiring Champion lightning claw...
Right arm is a Chaos Terminator Havoc Autocannon (shortened about a quarter of an inch).
There is a scabbard from a Thousand Sons infantry...
And the head is from Ahriman of the Thousand Sons.
