Description
Fluttershy as Hades for Challenge is Magic 02I'm pretty sure Fluttershy is the only pony who could pull off Hades. Ok, it doesn't make much sense, but I don't give a crap!
I learned a lot in the 15 minutes I looked up information on Hades. He's the god of the underworld. He has that weird two pronged cliche in at least 2 sculptures! Apparently he had a helm of invisibility, which made him invisible to other gods.
Edit: so after 5 minutes, i decided to change the tone of the toga to a much darker color, and a slightly higher resolution.
Also, someone liked this enough to give it a fancy ribbon!
Triple edit: Since I don't have a premium account, you'll just have to look at it here. [link]

I didn't want to do an obvious pair, and chose Hades first then tried to decide which pony was the closest match. It's not perfect, but Fluttershy is the only one who shares some traits with Hades. He is asocial and tends to smaller creatures. It's not based on any other fictional interpretation (like Disney, for instance).

I guess it will be easier to accept my death if I think that Fluttershy will take care of me then. xD

Haha, first time I've seen an adorable Hades :3
And 3 headed Angel ? Yea, that's a lot to handle, even for Fluttershy

Disney drew it all wrong.

This TOTALLY makes sense. Hades is shy, Fluttershy is shy. Hades doesn't know how to talk to people, Fluttershy doesn't know how to talk to people.... c'mon, this is great! Don't undermine your fab decision!

I thought the cap of invisibility was pretty funny.. Fluttershy doesn't even need it.
thanks for the comment

Who said Hades had to be a bad guy, or a dude. This is adorable

Actually, it's never really stated that he's "evil" that was all Disney's doing with he animated Hercules when they placed him as the villain (after all to most people death/underworld=evil therefor ruler of the underworld = evil). I always got the impression he was just a bit of a loner. People feared him, but that doesn't make him evil.

Of course in classical mythology he may not have been evil but he was still a creeper. I mean who kidnaps a chick and makes them their wife anymore. Now that's crazy

In one version I read it was because Aphrodite persuaded her son Eros to shoot him with a love arrow and he happened to see Persephone next.

See, that's the problem with Greek Mythology. The gods are so pervy

Thanks, Fluttershy can barely handle Angel with one head... I'm pretty sure he runs the place.
