Rave Man, a different version of my OC Perpetuum.He's part of a Mega Man X universe, I guess?
Rave Man loves glowing stuff - especially light and laser shows! Being able to shoot rays of light and laser himself, he often spends his free time doing just that, in a darkened room or something.
More info to be added when I have it. :^O

The glow killed me Dx esp since i got the helmet-glow look nice, wanted to use the same method on the rest of the glow stuff, and instantly forgot how to do it OTL

im still working on redrawing the pyro headshots on my computer, and tbh i choose a new lining method bc i wanted to try even lines, and its takING FOREVER but imo its worth it c:
