They seem to illustrate Plato's ideas.

Well, they remeber me of the Forms (or ideas) in Plato's philosophy, in which the reality is just a shadow, thus imperfect, of the original concepts of things, which instead are perfect.
Your art reminds me of those original forms, maybe also thanks to the black background you often use.
