Clear Color Sheme and Character only

A quick picture somehow, actually I finished this one within a day and even sketched something new as well... but still I really like how this turned out. When I saw that =ShadowSinty uploaded the lineart today in the morning and started a contest to request people to colorate it I thought I should give it a try and play around with Photoshop in order to find a new way to colorate. This time... it turned out much softer than usual and I really like it ovo However, I don't think that this coloring style would work well on my own pictures though.

In any way, I chose a rather grayish Color Sheme as you may see. I thought it would fit this character best and since she likes rain... here you go, rainy picture - just like the weather here in Germany at the moment. I gave her pink eyes because I still wanted to add a warm color to the character... and it highlights her eyes, doesn't it? ovo; And yeah... I love coloring red/pink eyes, too lol

Actually... I don't really know what to say... did this quite fast and added a quick background to it. Well, I know I use that town too often, but I like it D= And when I did it I spend a lot of time on doing it, so why shouldn't I use it some times more Cx? Yeh... I'm getting away from the topic... but well...

Lol, don't ask me why I am online at this time of the day. Tomorrow all of my classes were cancelled and therefore I was able to work on this for a little longer. But now... I really should go to bed @A@ bai~
