Description
Edit: I've updated the sheet and the information below, as well as removed irrelevant data. This is loooooong overdue. Eva is my oldest character (had her since 5th grade) and she's changed a lot. It's about time I updated her reference considering the last one had her as a completely different Pokemon.
She's the main character for the comic I've had rolling around for ages called Advanced and Wild. She's a member of the Rescue League, a special organization that protects Starf Island. Think of Pokemon: Mystery Dungeon and you've got the right idea. The whole comic is based on that among other things, but I think it's different enough to stand on its own without straying too far from the canon. When I get the time I'll make a Journal or something to clear up the how it's different from the canon and how it's similar, but that won't be for a while.
Anyway, on to the bulk of Eva's info
"I joined the Recuse League to make this island a better place, and that's exactly what a plan to do!"
Name: Evangaline (Eva)
Species: Lycanroc - The Wolf Pokemon #745
Type: Rock
Height: 2'11" / 3'11"
Nature: Adamant (+ATK-SPA)
Ability(s): Sand Rush / Tough Claws / Keen Eye
Item: Life Orb - Boosts attack damage at the cost of increased vulnerability.
Rank: Combat Officer - Fully trained Pokemon who specializes in Attack or Special Attack.
Fighting Style: Fast Physical Offensive
Theme Song: Monster - Skillet
Moveset(s):
Midday - Crunch, Accelerock, Stone Edge, Protect
Midnight - Crunch, Accelerock, Stone Edge, Crush Claw
Dusk - Crunch, Accelerock, Stone Edge, Iron Tail
History: Eva's history with the League has been relatively short, but she's made an impact nonetheless. She first joined the League when Mew sent her an invitation; Eva accepted without a second thought, and a week later she became an official member of team Chaos Control. Her fighting skills quickly earned her the title of Combat Officer, although part of her skill is due to her unique ability to switch forms allowing her to change her moveset. She's been able to do that ever since she first evolved and at the moment, she can't offer an explanation as to why. Originally she would forcibly change based on the time of day, but after some practice, she learned to be in whatever form she wanted independent for the time. (Occasionally she'll wake up in the middle of the night in Midnight form or vice versa, but overall she can control it).
Personality: Eva is mostly introverted, but will gladly spend time with those she already knows. It's not uncommon for her to go out and explore on her own at random times of the day. Despite her affinity for solidarity though, Eva isn't a typical social butterfly. She's not afraid to crack jokes, meet someone new, or cause a scene if she has to, and sarcasm is practically a second language. She's got a strong sense of morality and will disobey a command that conflicts with her ideals, even if it means jeopardizing a mission, much to the frustration of her team's Medical Officer/Tech Specialist, Gus. She has a bit of a temper, which has caused problems on more than one occasion. That combined with her independent personality makes being a team somewhat difficult, but so far she's managed fairly well.
Notes:
- Eva's personality and demeanor are the same regardless of what form she's in.
- Her eyes change based on her aggression at the moment. Usually, they'll change if she's in a battle, but being very upset can cause it too. It can happen in any of her forms, not just Midnight.
- Yes, the colors are not the same as the official art, that's very intentional. A lot of her older designs were too similar to the OA so I tried to make them more unique this go around.
-Speaking of which, the eyes can be basic red and blue, they're detailed on the sheet for those who want to be detailed but it's not necessary. Same goes for the Life Orb (the image I used for the colors is taken straight from Bulbapedia, just use that to get an idea of what you need).
