So it's supposed to be Neville, Luna and Ginny at the Three Broomsticks checking out Ginny's photo album. So in the first picture it's Luna and Ginny with some classmates when they arrived at Hogwarts. I think Luna and Ginny met there for the first time, but after that it took a while for them to became close friends.
Second picture are Neville and Ginny at the Yule Ball. I think Neville and Ginny started being fiends a bit before the Yule Ball and they quickly became really good friends.
Third photo is Ginny's first quidditch match, when Neville and Luna started being friends.
