This looks lovely! I love the background, as it gives it more depth. I also really like colorful characters, and this is a very well designed one. The lines are smooth, and the colors aren't too overwhelming. I really like the color fading when sad feature. It's very creative. This character is clearly very well thought out and designed. The rainbow striped tail is one of my favorite features about her. The anatomy is very good, and it looks natural. I also like the different colored eyes. It looks as if you took a lot of time to design her. Keep up the good work!
