how many birds do you have? I only have 2 budgies at the moment but I've always wanted a big flock. it must be hard to take care of them though.

It's hard for me to look after my birds because I have to be super protective of them. I have 3 cats and 2 dogs. I keep my birds safe in my room but sometimes the cats sneak in . . .

I get them out though

i have my aviary outside, with 2 layers of wire :0
so no worries about another animals getting in here

my neighbor's annoying cats always try to hunt the squirrels in my backyard so we send our little(harmless but loud) yorkie outsid to scare the cats away
