someone mentioned Feonixes and I admit I haven't created an adoptable design in a while.Here's an autumn inspired Feonix. The blues and whites for the soft blue skies and the purples and browns for the changing leaves.
The winner may make minor changes to the markings as I tend to create markings that are difficult to replicate. Feonixes are manx only.

~Soul-Spirit-Wolf informed me that someone was "slandering me," I obviously wouldn't count this as "slandering," as ~Soul-Spirit-Wolf claimed it as to be, but you can be assured that we are not the same deviant. She has been a close friend of mine here on DeviantART, but that is all. We are not the same person, and I obviously wouldn't want anyone thinking that we are the same, considering ~Soul-Spirit-Wolf 's "crude" vocabulary, and assertiveness.
No hard feelings, I just hope that you don't take all of those remarks she threw out onto the table, and blame myself for any of them. I have no control of what she says or does, so that is up to the two of you.
But in my own personal opinion by just reading this conversation, I already know it is pointless for you to argue with her because she is quite relentless and stubborn. There is not really any point to argue with her, but then again do what you wish. That is between to two of you.
Just my own personal request is for the two of you to please exclude myself from this "appealing" conversation, and if you must argue, please do so with each-other and do not involve me.

Scam? She is an incredibly popular artist that has magnificent art, and I would pay a fortune to get one of her Feonix species. They are beautiful designs, and I don't think other people should be so offended when she is selling one or two of them. I don't see any harm in her making money for a great design, for someone else to buy.

Not so much offended as contemptuous. This panders to a specific genre of naΓ―ve teenage girls who are into that entire sparkle dog thing, they're not really that critical of what they're buying or what can legally be sold to them, and I find that ethically questionable at best. Really think very hard about what's going on here; at its worst it's utterly pointless, it's possible to go design your very own sparkledog free of charge, and at it's best a really shady business, i.e. a scam. The exclusivity is probably very alluring I'm sure, but it differs from buying other kinds of designs, such as websites, a pattern, or a mug, where you're pretty sure what you'll get, here, because some rights are withheld, I'm not so sure.

This is questionable indeed, but I can comprehend that I own the rights to the "blueprint", and that's dead-on for me. A picturesque design I can do what I see fit, Ex: Mine.
It is a remarkable design, no tattoos, not flashy colors, piercings, anime hair, or jewelry.
Can't say that it is a sparkle-dog.
I find it a little disappointing and unsatisfactory that someone such as yourself, would go so far out of your way to cause all of this ruckus, just to discourage and people from supporting such a wonderful artist and friend to us, in this great community.
Or could it possibly reduce into the genre of distressed boys who are a bit envious?

What's with you people and all the assumptions. In spite of me stating it outright, is it that hard to believe that I find it problematic? There's the issue of demographics (questionable morale), which you haven't disputed, so perhaps you agree, but let's just say we're buying such a blueprint. Have you considered the limitations of 'what you see fit'? Is it using it in writing, in a novel or comic? Or as character design in a game? Both which could easily be published. But then again, *Tatchit still retains some of the rights to something else that's equally intangible. Are you crossing the line if you describe the race then? Or as soon as you make any general assumptions about sparkledogs at all? I fail to grasp the basic functionality of this.
Oh, and for further reference: Leaving a comment is no serious effort of mine, I'm completely apathetic towards wolves, and I'm a woman. But do come back with some more assumptions, this far we've been around my occupation, my sexual identity, my state of mind, my interests, and my belief systems, and I'm really excited to get to know you better.

A Feonix is a personal 'species' I have. They are manx(tailess), have feather plumes and a few other details. The point of buying one is to have a Feonix. I have sold misc. designs in which cases I don't care what the hell you do with it. Feonixes are the only creatures I have any restrictions on.
I have not scowled anyone for what they do with the designs they buy. Storyline, gender, age, whether they're a demon or angle or antihero, where a hat or carry a cane, roleplay with them, use them as website images-that's all up to them. Their core appearance is all I'm a little 'eh' about. If the buyer keeps the core appearance than I'm game!
To some people this may not be their cup of tea-you being one of them obviously. No big deal, hell you can hate the whole idea. Where it gets gritty is the fact that you're trying to target me as a scam and shady when the facts are right in front of you.
I love to collab with other artists about ideas, personal critters, worlds ect. If someone wants to change things about the design they're unsure about they are more than welcome to talk to me. With all this said, I hope you don't have any hatred towards me for this one issue. I understand that this may not satisfy what you consider a fair sale, but I assure you if there were any confrontations between me and a seller I wouldn't have the commissions I do.
