I think it's great! We need more contemporary horror/slasher film inspired stock as there are many horror artists who create that style of art.
The genericness of this series is what I love as it can be edited to fit any character the artist sees. I could see you getting approached about using these to create bookcovers. A chainsaw wielding maniac would also be great.
My older brother has agreed to doing an insane doctor/butcher surgeon series that I could see going well with your patient series.

I am thinking we'll do it this next week when he comes to visit. We're trying to think of any accessories/props to use and I am trying to talk my friend into letting us use her stethoscope. We are definitely going to use syringes and scalpels and a saw and meat cleaver for true horror's sake lol
