Updated for the last time.Re Animated the background and added a ligth bit of movement to her hair and dress.
Plus it's not a screen saver.

Have been playing with partical effects and this is the result, the embers in the background
.Might not seam like a lot but it's a big move forward for me plus it was a nice way to add to this piece.
Small update I had to fix a few things and make it smaller overall.
Ok much over due when I wanted and with a lot less motion than I originally planned (Finding out the hard way Flash is not good for Animating photos :S ).

Background is one of the official Alice:MR wallpapers and the music is from the soundtrack as well.
All of which is copyright EA/Spicy Horse.
Somewhat of a test with trying to approach realistic animation (smoke/cloth etc) looks like I will have to learn some after effects for some future pieces.

You know, I've been looking through your animations and they some very little animation (I mean there is probably a lot but its not like a video clip or anything, just slight movements) and it just brings the art to life!
I mean, you see amazing photos but just that little bit of movement like the hair in the wind, the music, and other such things, it just makes them... Wow. Truly brought to life art.

It's something I have noticed as an emerging style for me, I could recreate the subject or use the 3D model from the game to add loads of extra movement but I prefer to go for a looped aniamtion and shoot for a mood/more sedate amount of aniamtion.
It's funny you say that on one of my worst animations to date though hehe.

Well I saw this after looking at one of your others. I thought
Molluscan Showdown and My Nightmare were awesome but after looking at this, if it was just like regular photos or drawings and at a stand still I would have thought it poor quality. It really helps the photo, even in poor quality, to see a little past the poor photo quality. Course it would look amazing if the photo wasn't blurry.

Hehe, yeah, I did this one as a request and bless her camera is not the best/the selection did not lend themselves to well to animating but I did it anyway.
