Description
This is Taipei as seen from the observation deck of Taipei 101.I think it's near the 90th-ish floor but I honestly don't remember. Way higher up than anything else on the island, that's for sure.

Yep, that's Taiwan alright. It might just be the polarizing filter interacting with the treated glass in the windows, but either way, I love the effect too!
