Right, so it's hard enough to get my township to plow (all of) the roads during a storm - they tend to skip the ones involving hills.Now, I don't blame them, but clearly some cars were able to get up here.
This is from last winter. The camera data's a bit off.

People can't drive at breakneck speed with snow on the ground so yes, it most certainly is.
