Pretty crazy storms we've had here in PA lately. Wednesday through Friday it was pouring on and off, and the lightning and thunder were tremendous.

The end result is our cool front moved out and a slightly warmer front moved in. I feel no distinct temperature differences but the photography opportunities sure were great.

The lightning was nearly constant for the duration of the storm(s). At some point I was in the eye of the storm, and could see off to the west where it was clearly heavier. The lightning looked like strobe lights. Then the leading edge was right over me, and the wind gently rustled the leaves on the trees as the clouds pounded at each other and lightning like this flashed across the sky at surprisingly regular intervals.

Out of 1.5GiB of photos from that hour-long midnight-ish stint, I got almost ten that I really really like.
