I can't believe I haven't drawn him in shading- anyways, this is Sitcom, he's just a lil silly Dreamcore themed oc, also an antagonist, yeee or more specific would be that he is supposed to be a rival for David

I was hoping to make my drawing resembling more and more to a horror tone (but I guess not too much), since that's what I'm trying to go for with my content, so from now on, I guess I am going to try practicing more creepy art things. won't be pushing it too much, cute arts are still going to be made, they're just no longer the priority 'v' b

also, the rainbow wrapping around his hips is his tail, yes.
