Ah, let's see. For regular speech I use Wild Words. For sound effects I use Augie, Angelina, VNI-HLThuphap and sometimes Big Fish Emsemble, depending on the effect I want, but I often just 'hand-write' the sound effect myself too - there's more flexibility that way! (For example, all the sound effects in this part are hand-written with a Photoshop brush).

Ah, they're not default fonts so you have to download them (that's what I did~ They're free and all, just try some google magic). You actually put the downloaded fonts into the 'Fonts' folder (in your computer's Control Panel), and then you can use that font wherever on your computer! Like Word and Photoshop. ♥ It's pretty easy.
