Description
My Shardmind character from a D&D campaign i'm playing in.[Edit] I plan on making a portrait like this for all my friend's characters. That will be a bugbear, minotaur, and dragonborn. So keep an eye out for those.

Oh I like how you can see the lightning/magic inside him. It's almost like veins in an actual person. Tres cool! And I like the angular clothing. Is this character a sorcerer?

Psion actually. At first he had fire casting from his hand and I tried to change that but I could only do so much since most of the painting was done. I tried to make the fire smaller and bit more transparent. More like a smoky fire. Fortunately I only use a closeup of his face on my character sheet so it works out in the end.

I doodle on my character sheets as well. Mainly settings that the DM describes. Doodling is a great way to practice however, so try to keep that up.

I like making weapons on the edges and whimsical sketches too. Very fun but sometimes I lose out on the conversations going on.
