I don't really like how their romance was treated in the series. It kinda came out of nowhere and wasn't really developed. Which is a shame, because I think conceptually, they're a pretty good couple! I like how their personalities mashed together and how cute they are around each other. Just make them spend more time together! It wouldn't require much changes in the books and would be really nice to see their growing affection. I always though it would be cool if Turtle help Kinkajou with reading (something we now she struggle to learn), by showing her his favorite scrolls. I think that's a nice way to establish their bond
