You'd think...knowing all of this, that they would pick ANY color but white for butcher uniforms. A nice shade of dark blue, perhaps...how about a cool burgundy? Even pink, I think, would be an improvement, no?

If I'm not wrong it has to be with hygiene, that way you can tell how dirt is the uniform, so they can't use and reuse for along time, it makes sense
