The dark emptiness between the hands and the nose gives meaning to the title, a sort of "horror vacui". That's interesting... usually when someone tells a horror story round the fire, there's a torch that enlightens him from the bottom. Here the mouth and the chin are invisible instead, as if they did not exist at all.
I like darkness, yet there's something here that looks forced to be bark but it's not... maybe the glance. Some more melancholy or angst?

that's your law as a creator. but your liking or not to this photo doesn't change fact, that it's utterly fantastic shot.
well...like all yours. not my intention to be flattering, oh no, but your gallery is like a place that you always want to come back, hide, turn off light and listen to music or silence, or both. close eyes and let everything melt inside the darkness.
i don't know if i said it already, maybe i was thinking it on voice or materially (sometimes i do, but i always have this feeling looking your photos.
