this is beautiful! I love how the points and lines over her chest make the constellations and I love the way you drew her eyes and hair! The mane seems to glow with pure light!
(in my opinion, i would make the background darker. Like a darker shade of grey, blue, or just black. I think it would Luna stand out more)
