In case anyone actually reads this piece of shit description it's Abt me almost killing myself so TW

So last night I had almost attempted again. I wanted to call the hotline again but I just couldn't. I don't know why. I think it was because my dad was somehow still awake and I could hear him telling his Google Nest Hub to turn off his alarm that he, for some reason has, set for 11 PM.

I don't wanna get into it, nor do I want to talk to anyone. I'm just not comfortable anymore. I'm a little better today. The thing is I don't feel guilty at all, I don't feel anything in fact.

i think losing my bird left more emotional scars than I thought. now I'd just rather not be attached to anyone or anything
