Chris Chan came up with it because he wasn't allowed to use copyrighted characters for his class project, he wanted to use Sonic and Pikachu so he combined them into one character and apparently they accepted it. And from then he saw this is the greatest thing he ever made.

Ok then, that explain it. For what I heard this guy seems to be universal hated and even a wikia dedicated against him for his behavior(kinda like this Pooh's Adventures thing). Well I hope nothing really bad happen.

What the actual heck!
Now I see why he is so infamus.
Things like this make me wonder what his family think about him, I mean is not their job to do something about it? this guy is ridiculous and needs serious help.

They (I should say she because his father passed away) care for him, but they aren't to bright either. 
I think it was a couple years ago but I think he tried to run someone over that worked at the game place. Him and his mother was arrested, and I heard that her mother was going to serve jail time while Chris Chan had to get psychiatric help.

I think he might have changed a little, but i'm not entirely sure.
