I love the shading here; I've always admired this type of really soft shading and have never been able to pull it off. You, however, do it wonderfully. She's cute, and I love the wings~

I actually start with solely cell shading and just blend portions of it to soften it up

just a standard pen brush but i blend with the watercolour<3
occasionally I'll use canvas oil
