its photoshop. some shapes, some textures and the right brushes, I guess.
Its rather simple style. nothing much when it comes to technique.
Its the concept I value here.

grain brushes to burn and dodge the shapes. Sometimes I erase parts with the same brush. You can apply a texture to get the same effect.
