I replied to your email the 9th of January, here is the answer:
Please follow the first minute of the video tutorial to see how to correctly install the three files of the preset.
I suggest to load the files from the Actions Panel and the Preset Manager like in the video, because it's quicker and easier.

There's also quicker way to install the preset which is this:
1) Open Photoshop.
2) Drag and drop the three files from a folder of your computer to the empty canvas of Photoshop.

Hi I bought the bundle but after I loaded them in cs6 I have the action and the style file but have lost the brush file ( computer crash) how can I get the brushes back I send you screen shots of the action in CS6 Please help your bundle is the best embroidery action out there

I really like your actions and I'd like to buy them, but after reading many horrible reviews about envato I don't feel comfortable doing business with them. Do you sell them anywhere else other than through envato?

Well, the main complaint from the reviews I saw was regarding hidden charges and bad customer service, so, if there is ever a problem it seems to be impossible to resolve. Plus, they have very strange policies regarding their purchasing options, offering only between adding $20.00 or more in "funds" to your account (to avoid a surcharge), or adding a $2.00 surcharge to your order if you choose the Pay Now option (which, if you're buying a $4.00 product is a 50% markup!). It just seems like they try to take advantage of people.
Anyway, your actions are great, I just wish I could get them elsewhere.
