Description An innocent and graceful day, unaware of the indifferent ambitions of patience. The Waiting Game.

---

Boy, oh boy. The most time I've ever put into any piece I've made thus far, and I'm very pleased with the end result. The overall colour theme I was going for was a subtle hint of a temperately cool planet, transitioning from fall into winter.

The frame of the asteroid was done in Terragen, I don't exactly know my way around any other rendering program; just a very long bit of land manipulated in Photoshop into a 360 degree object. I spent the better part of a day and night on the rock's post-work textures. Planet... nothing fancy, about an hour's work.

Final image 45% scale of original.

Crits: The water on the planet seems too sharp. I thing it should be blurred to some extent.

Unfortunately water isn't one of my fortes, something I greatly need to improve upon! I removed the water in exchange for some dried-up water beds.
