ugh i wish i knew how to make it white on the inside without it looking shitty

Use the selector tool with the "magic wand" (or something similar) option. Select the outside of the sketch. It should select only the outside of the sketch with dancing dots (lol idk wtf to call them, you'll know). If the dots seem to be inside AND outside the sketch, you gotta zoom in and close up some of the gaps in the sketch with the paint tool. Then try again. When the gaps are closed, the dancing dots will only be outside the sketch.Β
Once you've got that done, create a new layer or duplicate that one. Don't deselect anything. Pick your fill tool and fill it with white. Deselect. Move the sketch layer to in front of the white layer and merge the two. If it's an option, select "merge visible" so you don't get a white background. Once you've got them merged, save the template so you'll have it.Β
If you want to edit it, duplicate the layer, lock the transparency, and set it to "multiply"
