Well, this was supposed to be my artwork for the Traditional Art Contest as the theme \"Water\" and monochromatic scheme... but I came back from my trip too late. My art pen dried up T^T

By the way, the past 2 weeks before this was due, I couldn't find a single tutorial on how to draw AND color WATER. Hope anyone gets this message and posts up a water tutorial.
