I've been sick as...well...a dog, for the past few days.Last night I took some pepto bismal and woke up with a black tongue. xD This is seriously what I thought when I looked in the mirror.
In case you didn't know, chewable pepto bismal turns your tongue black.
Also Chow dogs have black tongues.

Yeah it did! I remember trying to scrub my tongue with my toothbrush. Then when I was at school I was telling my teacher about it and he knew right away and asked me if I took chewable pepto and I was shocked!!

Oh yeah, it's definitely more of a purple. But it's called a "black" tongue, so...well, that's what I call it. xD
But if I was coloring a chow, I'd totally use purple for that tongue!

You must have brushed your teeth. When you take pepto, it can have a reaction with the toothpaste and make your mouth black. I've had it happen a number of times.
