Everyone really liked the original for this so I drew it again (because I thought the original SUCKED) xDOriginal was in 2009, new one is 2012.

Axel's spine no longer looks twisted! Hehehe. I'm sure dogs lay at all kinds of different angles but the second drawing looks more comfortable and realistic to me. =] Gosh I love your dog versions of the characters. ^-^

Yeah, I've seen my dog look like roadkill before, legs sticking out backwards and stuff, but it never looks comfortable. xD

I definitely love the second one! The light gives the picture a softer feel, which fits perfectly for them :3 Not to mention that the shading between fur colors is OUTSTANDING. Example - bottom picture, the black and brown tail

O_O Woah...I love how one is bathed in light while the other is shrouded in darkness, despite the improvement I believe both versions are amazing in their own ways.
